    Yes, it is very quiet.  I would have thought that we would see more
traffic about the Williams hamfest by now.  Perhaps the space aliens are
intercepting it all and sending it to Elvis to read.  :{)

    Don't worry:  I'll get over the UFO whacko encounter.  Looking back, it
was actually a bit funny, especially the part where the one fellow dove into
his RV and shut the door and the rest of us scattered in every direction.
I've never run into one of those people before.  I have had to put up with
the "black helicopter" crowd from time to time in places where I've worked.
Now THERE's a sick bunch of people.

    And then yesterday we had the JW's canvasing the neighbourhood.  Maybe
they were looking for Elvis.  It's the 110º temperatures that cause this to
happen out here.
