[QRP] Isotron Antennas

I have found that the 40 and 30 meter Isotrons work surprisingly well -
not for their size - simply surprisingly well. Are they as good as a
full sized dipole? No, but I have made several contacts with an Index
QRP transceiver and the stations come back on the first call. That is
the surprising part.
I have not tried the higher frequency antennas but I do have a 160 M
model which has a very respective VSWR but it's only 20 kHz wide. If you
want to try "top band" operations and you have very little antenna space,
IMHO this is the antenna to use. Be warned though that the 160M model is
about 4 times the height of the 80, 40 and 30 meter units.
I hope that helps.
