Hi Tony,

I have operated CW for 22+ years and agree with you
for the most part.

But, my question to you is, is a CW OP one that can
only  rag-chew using a list of three letter words, Q-signals
and other abbrevaitons...

or...  is it being a radio operator who can send and receive
CW regardless of what is being communicated, be it
a rag-chew, some boring bulletin or traffic on a CW
traffic net.

I prefer to be one of the latter...
