[QRO] Admin: New list administrator needed

Friends,

With increasing demands on my time, I find that I will need to give up some of the lists that I administer:

eme
kachina
mobile-portable
qro

None of these lists have a great deal of traffic, so we're talking about 5-10 minutes of your time per day.  And, like the
application that Mailman affords each of you to maintain your membership, the administrative function also is a GUI.  Think of it as
the functionality that you have now, with a few privileged operations thrown in.  Plus, if you have problems, you can rely on the
rest of of to assist, through a list that you will be subscribed to automatically; a list open only to all of the administrators at
qth.net.  Al and Tim are also available if you're still stumped.

If someone would step forward, I'd appreciate it.  I prefer to find new administrators for the lists instead of giving them back to
Al and Tim to find new owners...they do enough for all of us already.
