This is just an educated guess, but I think the answer lies in a well
shielded receiver with a built-in 20 db attenuator, modified with an
additional attenuator and a very small sensing antenna placed as far from
your main antenna as possible. Just put a recording on your system and
listen to what you hear in the receiver.

That is what I do when I am trying to monitor TVI, Telefone interference,
etc.
