Well Sir,
I'm not sure what you had to say about my request as the reflector owner =
deemed it offensive enough to sensor. This was my first time posting to =
this list and assumed I may be able to find some technical answers to my =
problem. I do not care if a 55 gal drum of mineral oil is needed (it =
isnt) or 50 banks of fixed resistors in a pcb bath (not this either) the =
point is that I am looking for plans and/or diagrams and/or suggestions. =
50 ohms impedance would make things easy but is certainly not a =
requirement but either the load can be designed to take 50 ohms or the =
feedline to the load from radios would have to be adjusted. =
QRO vhf and uhf dummy load.=20
Quebec Romeo Oscar vhf and uhf. I dont know how else to spell it out. =
The 50 amp load wired in with the same dummy load contraption would be =
an added plus in saving valuable shack floorspace but the two in one =
housing is not a requirement. An old utility transformer would work fine =
i guess for that.
thank you
