Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineer (IEEE)

QCWA congratulates QCWA Life Member Anthony Perales, AI1U on obtaining 
Senior Member Status at the Institute of Electrical and Electronics 
Engineers (IEEE).

Anthony was first licensed in 1995 as KB2VJW. He is currently the QCWA 
Webmaster and Secretary elect for the 2023 QCWA elections. He recently 
retired from FEMA after a 25 year career and now has more time for 
amateur radio.

The IEEE is the world's largest technical professional organization for 
the advancement of technology. Senior Member Status is awarded to 
individuals who have demonstrated significant technical proficiency, 
professional performance, and leadership qualities. This recognition is 
given to less than 10% of IEEE's membership, and it is a testament to 
Anthony's dedication and hard work in the field of electrical engineering.

As a Senior Member, Anthony will have access to additional IEEE 
resources and benefits, including networking opportunities, leadership 
training, and professional development programs. This recognition also 
highlights Anthony's commitment to advancing his skills and knowledge in 
the field of electrical engineering.
