Greetings fellow QCWA Chapter Officers,

As we clear out the QCWA storage locker we have some items we no longer 
need.

We would like to give our chapters the opportunity to obtain a very nice 
QCWA hamfest booth display, that comes with a hard case container with 
carrying handle. This display was used for QCWA National at Hamvention 
and HamCation over the years. National has since upgraded to a full 
length banner for easier travel and set up.

The booth display is free to any chapter who wishes to have the display 
for their local hamfests, just for the cost of shipping, or you can pick 
up at QCWA Headquarters in Apopka, FL, just north of Orlando, FL. The 
estimate cost to ship via UPS is likely over $50. The display alone is 
worth this.

We also have some original chapter charter documentation for some 
chapters we no longer require. This information may include your 
original application to become a chapter, plus the signing officers at 
the time of the charter.

Most of this is early info, and might possibly be information you no 
longer have. If you are not sure you would want this, you may contact 
Director Ken Simpson, W8EK, at W8EK at flham.net, and he will tell you what 
is included for your chapter. Be certain to include your chapter number.

And finally, QCWA has paper Journals for years 1998 to 2012. These 
Journals have all be digitized and are on the QCWA Members Only Web page.

If any of the chapters are interested in either the chapter charter 
documentation and the paper Journals, let us know by June 30, 2022. 
After this date these will all be recycled, including chapter charter 
documentation.
