[QCWA Hotlist] Annual Chapter Reports Now Due - Open Until March 31, 2022

Greetings fellow Chapter Officers!

The window is now open for chapters to submit their Annual Chapter 
Report. Please be sure to do this to keep your chapter active in the 
chapter listings.

In past Bulletins (available in the Chapter Officer's Section) you have 
learned about updating your Chapter Officers, Nets and Events/Meetings. 
If you've completed those steps, your ready to submit your Chapter's 
'Annual Report'.

In Part IV of the series we will discuss the importance of submitting an 
Annual Chapter Report to QCWA Headquarters.Why is this important? Doing 
so will let Headquarters know that your chapter is actually active.

A list of active and inactive chapters is shown on the following link. 
You may notice that your chapter is shown as being inactive, but in 
reality, your chapter is probably active? The reason it shows as 
inactive is because the officers of the chapter neglected to submit a 
report by the March 31st deadline of each year.

Each year, beginning December 1, once you log in to you can update and 
submit your Annual Chapter Report.

This is how to submit an Annual Chapter Report. After logging into the 
Members Only Web page, at the bottom of the page your Chapter 
information will be shown.

We will use Chapter 27 as an example, which has been inactive for some 
time. This is what an Officer of Chapter 27 would see. This page opens 
automatically each time you log on.

As an Officer of a Chapter, you immediately have administration 
privileges to make changes, or any other Chapter administration that 
requires change.
