  NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEMBERS’ MEETING
The Quarter Century Wireless Association, Inc. 
2380 Mohansic Ave., Yorktown Heights, NY 10598 
(QCWA) pursuant to NY’s N-PCL §605(a) hereby gives notice of the annual meeting
to be held at 729 Harvest Hills Drive NE, 
Calgary, Alberta, Canada, on Saturday, May 16, 
2020 at 1:45 PM (EDT) to present its annual 
report in accordance with the provisions of NY’s
N-PCL §519 and to transact such other business as 
may properly come before the meeting or any 
adjournments or postponements thereof. Dated:

The Alberta Government has mandated that social 
gatherings be limited to 15 people. If you have 
any symptoms, as outlined at 
https://myhealth.alberta.ca/Journey/COVID-19/Pages/Assessment.aspx, 
you will not be permitted to attend. If you have 
recently travelled, you need to self isolate for 
14 days. In this regard, if you plan to attend 
please RSVP to Ken Oelke, VE6AFO at 
ve6afo at telus.net. The first 15 people will be 
acknowledged, and all others will be told the 15 limit has been met.
