Hotlist Bulletin - Part I

Over the next few weeks as series of Hotlist Bulletins will be issued 
to outline and assist Chapter Officers with their duties.

After logging into the Members Only Web page, on the left side menu 
bar scroll down to "Officer's Section", then select "Chapter 
Officers". Another page will open below showing all of the current 
Chapter Officers listed. Below this list you will see a 'radio 
button' "Change the Officers" which will allow any current Chapter 
Officer on the list to make changes.

As an Officer of the Chapter, you have administration privileges to 
make changes to the listing for any Chapter Officer. If after chapter 
elections a new executive is elected, then any one of the current 
officers can make these changes. There is no need to contact QCWA 
Headquarters to have these changes made for you.

It is prudent that you keep the Chapter Officer's Section up-to-date. 
By doing so will allow the elected Chapter Officers the ability to 
receive Hotlist bulletins, like this one.

As always, if you have any questions on how to process this, or any 
other changes in your chapter, do not hesitate to contact me. After a 
little practice this will all come second nature.
