QCWA Bulletin  - 2019-017 - QCWA Bylaws - Updated

The Quarter Century Wireless Association, Inc. (QCWA) Board of 
Directors convened on September 18, 2019 to review Bylaw changes as 
recommended by the Administration & Finance (A&F) Committee.

During an A&F Committee meeting, held on September 5, 2019, the 
Bylaws were reviewed and updated with changes to provide for 
electronic voting for the upcoming 2020 elections.

A notable change is the date the elected Board will take office, 
which has been changed from September 1 to July 1 of election year.

Other notable changes were made to Article VI (Nominations and 
Elections) to provide for electronic voting.
