QCWA will be taking all their web pages to a new server.
This will provide a secure environment as we will have a Security 
Certificate installed on the total site.

The window will start at 00:00am Eastern Time on Monday morning , July 
8, 2019.

The home page will be down starting about 06:30 am on Monday
If changing the DNS and adding the Security Certificate goes weill it 
will be ready to go on the new server in 30 minutes or less.

The Members Only webpage will be unavailable from 00:00 am Eastern time and
Hopefully be back up by 8:00 am.

These are rough estimates as we haven't changed servers since 2008 and 
it was a much smaller less complex website then.
We are also going to newer versions of MySql and PHP.
