[QCWA Hotlist] Nominations for Annual Chapter Meritorious Service Awards

Good afternoon, Ladies and gentlemen.  As 2017 is winding toward 
closure, President Oelke and I would like to remind you Chapter 
Officials that each Chapter is permitted to nominate one individual from 
your Chapter to receive a QCWA Meritorious Service Award certificate. 
Please consider your members who have performed notable service to your 
Chapter, or one who has represented the best of Fellowship and Service 
to QCWA, to receive this Award.

Please, if you have not already done so, send the name of the individual 
  as it should be printed on the certificate, Call Sign, and Chapter 
Name and number to me via e-mail (<vic.w4vic at verizon.net>.  I will, in 
due course, return a certificate via e-mail for you to print and have 
available for special presentation, perhaps at your holiday 
get-together.  Be sure to get a picture of the presentation, and submit 
it (with captions, please) to the QCWA Journal (<journal at qcwa.org>) for 
publication in the Chapter Reports section of the journal.

Thanks for your attention to this detail.  Members who have contributed 
to the well-being of your Chapter deserve to be recognized with this 
prestigious Award certificate.
