[QCWA Hotlist] Annual Chapter Reports - Now Due

Greetings Chapter Officers!

It is time for each chapter to submit their Annual Chapter Report 
before March 31, 2017.

This requirement needs to be done annually so we can keep your 
chapter on the "Active Chapter" list. If you do not submit an Annual 
Report by March 31, 2017, your Chapter will go on the "Inactive Chapter" list.

This report is usually completed by the Chapter Secretary, but it can 
be done by any Chapter Officer. As well, all of this is now done 
electronically, so do not look for a paper 'Annual Chapter Report' to 
be sent to QCWA Headquarters either via snail mail or e-mail.

The following are instructions on how to complete the Annual Chapter Report.

First, log into the Members Only Web page at 
http://www.qcwa.org/members/login.php and on the left side scroll 
down to the Chapter Officer Section. If you have never logged into 
the Members Only Web page, you will need to know your log in 
information. This information consists of your call sign and then 
your password. If you do not
remember your password, you can request it by going to 
http://www.qcwa.org/members/logincheck.php

Once you are logged in, you can update the status of your Chapter. 
Just below this line is a 'button' to start the "Annual Report". This 
will display the Officers, Nets and Events/Meetings for your chapter.

Please make whatever corrections are needed and click the 'Annual 
Report' button at the bottom of this screen to complete the report. 
This feature will be available on the Web from December 1 to March 31st.

While you are in the Chapter Officer Section, you will note that 
there is a list of active chapter members and a list of chapter 
members who have not renewed. Please take some time to look over 
these lists. If your records differ from the list, please contact 
QCWA headquarters at <om at qcwa.org> and let us know of any changes 
required. You will want to contact those on the delinquent list and 
remind them to renew their membership with QCWA National.

Please note that the lists are generated from the QCWA National 
database, and have nothing to do with individual chapter dues that 
may be assessed.

While you are looking over this list, could you also do another thing 
to help us?  Please look at the column to the right where it says 
'Yes' or 'No'. If this column says 'No', then we do not have an 
e-mail address for that member. We need these e-mail addresses to 
keep in contact with our members. Could you please help find and 
e-mail address for us?

Also, many of our members are still using <callsign at arrl.net> for 
their e-mail address. We need to change these to their real e-mail 
address. Can you please help us with this?
