[QCWA Hotlist] Are your chapter members listed correctly at HQ?

Hello Chapter Officers,
There are multiple things you can do with the list of chapter members available in the ‘Chapter Officer’s Section’ of the ‘Members Only’ web Page.
Log into the members Only Page.
click on ‘Active/Lost Members’ on the left
The members are listed here because they indicated on their application they wanted to belong to your chapter.
If you have a membership list and they are not on it, you can contact them with information on how to join your chapter.
If they decide not to join your chapter, email HQ om at qcwa.org a list of those members to be removed.
If you have members on your list that are not part of the HQ list send a separate list of those as well.
While you are there, look over the ‘lost list’ as well. Publish this list at your meetings, maybe someone knows someone on the list and can bring them back into the fold.
Send a URL to HQ for any SKs on either list
This is something that should be done annually. I will look into making it part of the Annual Report.
