[QCWA Hotlist] Filing IRS Tax forms

That must have happened after I registered about 6 years ago (first time
I was elected treasurer).  But, at the time I registered, the three
strikes and your out was in affect.  I had to go back and file for two
years worth of taxes because the previous treasurer didn't know anything
about filing them.  The first year I had to do the long form for, but
after that it was the postcard form.  The government (and especially the
IRS) is always trying to mess over charity groups.
