Same path that I took, however, the site will not let me register because our chapter EID is not recognized as a non-profit organization by the IRS.  And that is where the fun starts. You created your log in or registration in the past.  That is where I am having the problems.

I am the Treasurer for a local NWCA club and I file the taxes all the
time.  I did not have to pay anything when I registered to file the
taxes.  All I did was take our tax number and go to
https://epostcard.form990.org/. Once I registered with that site, they
sent me a login ID and temporary password.  Then I was able to log on and
file my taxes.  Also, I believe that the limit to what your club income
can be is a little higher than $5,000.  For the NWCA club (a 501C4 club)
it is $50,000.
