December is again upon us and it’s time to file your Chapter’s Annual Report, as required by Article VII, section 2(d) of our Bylaws.  It’s easy to do and only takes a few minutes.  Go to the Members Only area of our redesigned web site and click on “Annual Report” in the Officers Section.  It will indicate the date last year’s report was completed and provide you the opportunity to submit your 2015 report.
