Charles Edward Dean 71 of St. Petersburg passed away August 31, 2015. Born in Providence RI, Charles was a retired Truant Officer for the Pinellas County School System. He was a proud member of AARL, and his call sign was W4NHQ. He served our country in the United States Navy.

Survivors include his wife Barbara, daughter Nanci Rosenkranz; brother William Dean, and grandson Jake.

Cryptside services with military honors will be 10 AM Friday, September 4, 2015 at Memorial Park Cemetery, 4900 54th Avenue North in St Petersburg.
