[QCWA Hotlist] Chapter Reports are coming due

Greeting Chapter Officers!!

This is a friendly reminder that if you plan to submit a chapter report for the May eJournal, it is due by April 1. We have been experiencing some difficulty when photos are in separate e-mails from chapter report. Please submit your chapter report and photos (as attachments only) in the same email. This makes it much easier to know which pictures go with each chapter report.

Please limit your chapter report to 750 words and two photos only. If you include a photo, use a JPEG file, and don't forget to include a caption for each photo. In the email subject line, please include your chapter name and number. Chapter reports received after April 1 will go into the June eJournal.
