QCWA Bulletin 2015-003 - QCWA Board Approve Scholarships For Part-Time Students

The QCWA Board of Directors are pleased to announce a resolution to 
award Quarter Century Wireless Association (QCWA) Scholarships for 
part-time students. Previously a student must have attended on a 
full-time schedule.

QCWA Scholarships shall be made available to any licensed amateur 
radio operator who is enrolled in, or has been accepted for 
enrollment in, an accredited university or college in pursuit of at 
least an Associate degree. Those seeking post graduate degrees are 
also eligible. There is no residence area preference and no 
restriction on the course of study or license class.

Since 1978, some 433 recipients have received over $471,850 in 
scholarship awards through the QCWA Scholarship Award Program.

The QCWA Scholarship Program is administered by Foundation for 
Amateur Radio (FAR), and all applications for scholarship awards must
