Happy New Year to all QCWA Chapter Officers!!

The new year brings me to notifying our QCWA Chapter Officers the 
need to complete your Annual Chapter report. This is a requirement in 
order to keep your Chapter status current with QCWA International.

As well, by submitting your chapter annual report, and if your 
chapter is eligible for a QCWA Longevity Award, this will be 
automatically e-mail to you without further request. These awards are 
issued in 5 year increments.

If the following chapters file their annual report by April 1, 2015, 
they will be eligible for the following QCWA Longevity Awards.

Chapter 26 and 27 are both eligible for their 50 Year Longevity Award.

Chapter 11 is eligible for their 55 Year Longevity Award.

Chapter 3 is eligible for their 60 Year Longevity Award.

Remember back in the day when you received a letter in the mail from 
QCWA Headquarters with your chapter information, along with a list of 
your current chapter members?  As you will remember, this annual 
report was to be completed and returned via snail mail, or scanned in 
and sent via e-mail to QCWA Headquarters early in the new year.

Well, things have changed, and over the past 2 years your Annual 
Chapter Report can be updated and submitted on-line to QCWA 
Headquarters by going to the QCWA 'Members Only Web page'.

This is how easy it is to renew your chapter annual report with QCWA.

Go to http://qcwa.org/members/login.php

Enter your user name (this is your amateur radio call sign) and your 
password (the one that was issued to you)

Click onto the tab "Chapter Officer's section" and then click onto 
"Annual Report".

Review this information, and if all is correct, click onto "Submit 
Chapter xxx Annual Report". Once this is done, you will see a 
notification appear, "Annual Report submitted on xx/xx/2015"
