QCWA Bulletin 2014-033 - QCWA Executive Administrator & Assistant Resignations

On behalf of the Quarter Century Wireless Association, Inc. (QCWA, 
Inc.), Board of Directors, we wish to acknowledge and thank Mr. & 
Mrs. Simpson as the Executive Administrator and Assistant for their 
pro bono service over the past two years.

In October, 2012, QCWA began restructuring the duties of the 
contracted general manager, and further established a cadre of 
volunteer Team Members, thus dividing the workload of the general 
manager. Each volunteer member of the Team have provided their 
services to QCWA without compensation for the past two years.

Since the fall of 2011, the QCWA Board of Directors have served 
without being reimbursement for any of their expenses, this in order 
to bring QCWA to a more solvent position. The results of the 
volunteer Teams' hard work have now brought QCWA into a better 
financial position.
