QCWA Bulletin 2014-019 - Jeff Beals, WA4AW - New ARRL Southern Florida SM

Jeff Beals, WA4AW, QCWA Life Member #23808, of Loxahatchee, FL, will 
take over as the Southern Florida Section Manager, effective June 1, 
from current SM David Fowler, K4DLF, who is stepping down. He will 
complete the current term of office, which runs through September 30th.

Beals is also an ARRL Life Member and was licensed in 1964. He has 
been serving an Assistant Section Manager, a District Emergency 
Coordinator, and a Public Information Officer in the Southern Florida 
Section. He was the Communications Supervisor in Southeast Florida 
for the Florida Forestry Service for 25 years and retired since 2005.
