Hello Everyone,

I would like to remind you that you should have submitted your annual 
report by now.  The February 28 deadline is almost here!

If you have not gone to your member web page and submitted your annual 
report, please do so ASAP.

While you are looking at the chapter section of your member page, I 
would like to have you look at a couple other things.

First, please check to see if there are any red "No" down the left 
hand side of your member list.  This indicates that we do not have an 
e-mail address for that member.  It is possible that we might have had 
one in the past, but that e-mail address is no longer valid.  Please 
contact that member, and try to obtain a current e-mail address. Then, 
please make sure we get it, so we can add it to the data base.

Second, beneath the list of chapter members is a list of "Delinquent 
Members".  There is also a place where it lists when their membership 
expired.  Please contact these members and ask them to submit their 
national dues.  Of course they are locked out of their member web page 
until their dues are current.

Also FYI, January and February are good months for memberships.  Last 
month was really great.  So far this month, we already have had more 
members processed than all of January.  That is terrific, and goes to 
show that your hard work is producing good results.  Please give 
yourselves a pat on the back, and keep up the good work.
