Hello Everyone,

I would like to bring you up to date concerning the QCWA annual reports.

At the present time, we have reports from 63 chapters.  That is 
roughly half of the active chapters that we have.  Obviously this 
means that we have many chapters who have not completed the annual 
report yet.  If you have not done this, we would like you to do this ASAP.

To do this, go to your member web page.  There is a button underneath 
the box with your officers in it to click to submit the annual report. 
  Follow it thru, but please be certain that you go all of the way 
thru, and end by clicking on "File annual report" button.  You can 
check and see if the system accepted it by looking at your member web 
page, and checking if it lists a new date and time that the annual 
report was filed.

One note to everyone ---
It looks like many of you who filed the annual report might not have 
updated when and where you hold your meetings.  Why do I say this? 
Because the year listed is not 2014.  I realize that many of you still 
meet on "the second Thursday" the same as you did in 2010, but it 
would really be nice if you change the year to 2014.  A lot of 
traveling members will be looking at this and wonder if the info is 
current.  And I include myself as one of those looking for the info.

I appreciate everyone taking care of this.  If you are not the 
Secretary of your club, and think that your Secretary already did it, 
please check your member web page to be certain.
