QCWA Bulletin 2014-001 - IARU President Ellam Appointed To Queen's Counsel

As President of QCWA International, Inc., and QCWA Wild Rose Chapter 
151, it gives me great pleasure to congratulate and honor QCWA 
International and Chapter 151 member, Tim Ellam, VE6SH, on his recent 
appointment to the Queen's Counsel in the province of Alberta.

Ellam has served as President of the International Amateur Radio 
Union (IARU) since May 9th, 2009. Prior to 2009, Ellam served as the 
Vice President of the IARU.
