Hi, all.  PLEASE hold any request for QCWA certificates either direct to 
me or via the excellent QCWA Web Site facility until after the QCWA BOD 
meeting.  I will be closing down certificate operations as of THURSDAY, 
10 October, in order to process those already queued for processing 
before heading out to the BOD meeting in Fla. Certificate requests will 
be welcome again as of TUESDAY, 22 October 2013.  Thank you for your
