[QCWA Hotlist] FYI: Chapter Secretaries

Good Morning Everybody,

While doing a little research into a problem a member was having with the Membership Directory, I came across an address that wasn't formatted correctly.  This in itself isn't a big deal as we have email addresses for all but 200 of our members but we still like to keep things right in case the email bounces.

The problem, after digging a little I discovered this Life Member had been a SK since late 2009.

Part of your responsibility as a Chapter Secretary is to keep QCWA HQ (not me) informed of members that have joined your chapter, left your chapter, changed call sign,  address or email id, become a SK, etc.

Tnx to most of you, you do this already.  For the rest, TNX, I know you will start doing it now.  Most of the information is available on the Members Only webpage in the Chapter Officer's Section.
