I received this from Don this morning.  I don't remember when he started but Ray served as a National Director until 1984.

I'm writing to let you know that Ray Minichiello, W1BC, passed away last night. 

My statement is based on an exchange of email messages I had with Ray's wife, Priscilla Cusi, M.D., in the early morning hours today.

I had the privilege of visiting with Ray and Priscilla on a number of occasions, beginning at their former home in Bedford, New Hampshire, and continuing at their next residence in North Las Vegas, Nevada. I'm going to miss Ray. It was a highlight any time I got to spend time with him on the phone or in person.
