QCWA Bulletin 2013-014 - New Chapter Chartered - Wyoming Valley, PA - 
Chapter 224

The QCWA Board of Directors take great pleasure in announcing their 
unanimous approval of a new QCWA Chapter, Wyoming Valley, PA, Chapter 224.

Director Pete Varounis, NL7XM, will present the official Charter 
certificate to Chapter 224 on August 25, 2013, at Dallas, PA. 
Qualifying invitees will be considered Charter Members to the new 
Chapter, only if they are present to sign the back of the charter 
certificate that day. Plans are underway to frame and seal the 
charter certificate after presentation.

The QCWA Board congratulates Wyoming Valley Chapter 224, and wishes 
the members much success in your future endeavors.
