Thanks for your question.
It's been awhile since any of this has been mentioned so I'm also sending your reply to the Hotlist reflector so everyone gets the same information.

Officers can change the officers, nets and meetings information from the Members Only webpage in the Chapter Officer's section.

Anything else is handled me me when needed.

Send me what you want posted.  It will be placed between your Meetings and the weather bar.

You can send a regular text file or a MS word document if you have specific formatting in mind.

Send pictures at the highest resolution you have, I'll reduce them if needed.

Keep in mind, my email provider has a 20 meg limit per email message.  That means a 16 meg picture is about the largest that I can receive.  That doesn't mean you can't send 2 or 3 if emails needed.  

There is no restriction on how much information a chapter can have on their webpage.

  I am wondering if we can add items to the chapter web page, such as pictures (in addition to those we might send alone for the Journal), blurbs about events, and similar?  If so, do we have to do it through you or can the chapter officers do it?  Someone also mentioned that there was a way to link larger files to some sort of the repository in the QCWA server.  Is this so, and if so, can we do it ourselves, or again, do we go through you?

   

  Please forgive me if you have covered this elsewhere and I have just missed it.  If there are instructions somewhere for this type of thing and other related options, please point me in their direction.
