[QCWA Hotlist] Officers Checking In to Net

This is an issue that can be used to grow QCWA. Officers can give a short update or NEWS.. example" We had XX new members this week" "Welcome KX5XXX to QCWA"
Lets get away from "why should I check in" into making it something to look forward to.
One way is to have the officers check in. Enthusium is contagious, even 1 out of 8 officers check in, it makes QCWA look better in peoples minds.
It does not present a good image if officers are called to check in and all you hear is static.

Can you honestly tell me that of all the chapters everyone is too busy to check in.

Chapter 38 in San Antonio normally had 5+ check ins.
