[QCWA Hotlist] E-mail addresses

Hello everyone,

I would again like to ask all of the chapter officers for help.

We still need e-mail addresses of our members.  Many chapters have 95 
to 100% of their members with e-mail addresses.  We thank you for that.

Some other chapters do not have as good a record.  We would like to 
ask all of you to check your member web page.  Toward the bottom, 
where it lists your members, it also says whether we have an e-mail 
address for them or not.  If you see a big red NO in that right hand 
e-mail column, we need your help to change it to a YES.  This is 
important for the monthly eJournal, but also becomes important as we 
move into an election year in 2014.  Please e-mail any changes to 
ExecAdmin at qcwa.org.

While you are looking at this list, you might also look thru it and 
see if you find any new names there.  As we have more and more info on 
the web pages, members are renewing and deciding to also list a 
chapter where they might not have listed one before.  If you find 
someone you do not recognize, please contact them and invite them to 
your activities.

Just FYI, Sue "harvested" about 60 e-mail addresses from the Dayton 
HamVention sign in list, plus the sign ins from the chapters we 
visited to and from Dayton.
