Subject: Nomination For Candidates For QCWA Board Of Directors

The deadline of June 10th, 2013, is closing in to submit nominations 
for anyone within a chapter or outside of a chapter, to run for the 
next election year for the QCWA Board of Directors. This is for a 
three (3) year term, beginning on September 1, 2014.

The only criteria to run for a position on the Board is you have had 
to been a QCWA member in good standing continuously for more than two 
(2) years immediately preceding the nomination. Each member candidate 
must also have direct access to e-mail.

All positions are open for candidacy, and are listed as follows;

President
Vice-President
Secretary
Treasurer
Directors (8) required

The Executive Administrator will correspond with each candidate, 
requesting a recent photo and brief biographical outline (not 
exceeding 350 words) which will be published in the April 2014 issue 
of the QCWA Journal. This material shall be received from the 
candidates by January 1, 2014, prior to the April issue of the QCWA Journal.

In advance of this notice, I would like to express my personal thanks 
to all future nominees in allowing your name to stand for a position 
on the QCWA Board. It will reflect the strength of all our volunteers 
who give of their time to make the QCWA one of the most respected 
organizations in the world.
