[QCWA Hotlist] Dayton HamVention

Hello everyone,

Most of you know that the Dayton HamVention is coming up soon.  QCWA 
will be there with a display booth, and a forum.  As far as we know at 
this point, our booth will be close to the same place it has been for 
several years.  Our forum is scheduled for 10:30 AM on Sunday.  I know 
that is not the best time, but it is what we were assigned.  The good 
news is that we are the last forum, so if we go over our normal one 
hour time frame, it should be OK.

You need to know that some of the member services from headquarters 
will be slower than normal while we are at the HamVention, and also to 
and from it.  We will have the QCWA phone with us, and will try to 
answer it unless we are giving a presentation at the time.  We will 
attempt to answer e-mail as best we can, but it will not be our normal 
turn around of only a couple minutes.  If WiFi is not available, it 
could be a couple days.  In some cases I will be answering e-mail from 
the "smart phone" so the e-mail replies may be very short.  Please be 
patient; we will do the best we can.

At this point, it looks like a total of three hamfests, and only ten 
chapter meetings on the way to and from Dayton.  I look forward to 
seeing many of you at these events.
