[QCWA Hotlist] Chapter Events and Meetings

Hello Officers,

I've been looking over the entries and find additional instruction appears to be needed.  My goal is to have this be as easy to use as possible.

* SrtKy (Sort Key);  This value should be your 2 letter state and a number between 01 and 99.  Start with 10, 20 , 30 , etc in case you need to add meetings between the ones that are already listed.

* Chapter (2 columns);  if an event exists for your chapter these will be filled in.  If not, enter a 2 letter state code in the first column and your chapter city in the second.

* Month / Day columns:
Apr        3
1st      Mon
Last   Tue

* Year: the year you entered or changed the entry.

* Time:  24 hour clock(no colon) followed by your time zone Pacific, Mountain, Central, Eastern, Zulu, whatever.

* Restaurant:  I hope this one doesn't need an explanation.

*Street Address:   Not, the corner of oak and main but an actual street address, 24 S Oak St  This is used by Google maps to show new members and visitors where your event is located.

City and St:  This only needs to be added if different than the city and state where your chapter is located.

Comment:  Talk in freq, room location, upstairs, whatever.

* Contact:  The call sign of a chapter member to contact for more information.  Not the name, not the email id, the call sign.

* These fields must be completed, tnx!

After you click Chg or Add go to http://qcwa.org/events.php to make sure your entry looks ok, reads correctly and that the address link actually works.  If the Call Sign you entered has an email address in our database, it will be displayed.

If you have problems send me an email with the information and I'll enter it for you or correct what you have.
