[QCWA Hotlist] Attention: A New Feature!

Chapter Officers can now modify the list of officers for their chapter.
In the Chapter Officer's section, under: "A NEW Chapter Manual is available in these formats: doc, rtf and pdf."
You will find a new button "Change the Officers".
This is very straight forward and easy to use (I hope). Don't worry about messing it up, I can restore the old values from the daily backup which happens at 0400 every morning.
Make a list of your chapters existing officers before you start. Once an officer is deleted, the information is gone, immediately!
You can delete or add an officer.
To change your president, delete the old entry.
Go to the bottom of the window and
select the position you want the office displayed in,
select your new president from among the active QCWA members assigned to your chapter.
If the member you wish to add is not listed, their membership may be expired or they may not be listed as a member of your chapter.
Correct either situation with HQ and try again a day or two after things are resolved.
Select the office, if the office you need is not listed, Enter the office in the "Add an Office" text box.
Click Add to do so.
Adding the information and clicking "Back to the Chapter Officer's Section" does not add the new entry.
The "Add'" button must be used to add a new officer position.
If you have more than 10 officers, let me know, I'll modify the program to accommodate your chapter.
The latest officer list is viewable in the Members Only section of the web page.
Email addresses will be deleted or added on the Hotlist Reflector the day after any change is made, if HQ has the new officers email id.
