QCWA Bulletin 2013- 004 - Frank Harris, WA4PAM Receives Certificate Of =
Appreciation=20

The QCWA Board of Directors unanimously voted to award Frank Harris, =
WA4PAM, with a Cerrificate of Appreciation for his many years serving as =
QCWA Treasurer from 2002 to 2012.

Frank first began volunteering with QCWA as a member of the QCWA Finance =
Committee in 2001.

Frank will be presented with his certificate at a place and time yet to =
be determined.

Congratulations Frank on your well deserved retirement from the Board.
