[QCWA Hotlist] PayPal Surcharges

Hello from beyond the big pond,
it looks, PayPal has not (yet) charged extra dollars but the currency 
exchange rate to the Euro seems to be poorer on the bills than the 
regular rate and it differs (1.18 ... 1.23). I will have an eye on the 
matter.
