Good Morning,

When responding to the two email I just sent(yesterday & today), please include all the information I ask for.  We have some 120 active chapters and I don't have time to look the missing data.  Some of the  information will be forwarded to other parts of QCWA and they don't have the time either.

It wouldn't hurt to include your call sign either.  It's not part of everyone's email id.

This is not only directed at just the last email I received. We had some yesterday where information was sent to the wrong person.

If you want personal information changed because it's wrong or out of date, use http://www.qcwa.org/contact-hq.php or http://www.qcwa.org/address-change.php  This information is forwarded to whomever needs to see it so it can be acted on. 

Except for changing your chapter's name (yes, that happens), if you want your Chapter information changed anywhere on www.qcwa.org, send it to me.  I'll make the changes on the website and let anyone else in QCWA know that needs to be informed.
