Hi Stan,

The new eJournal will be published every month.

At this point, we have a backlog of what came in after the deadline 
for the paper Journal.  If you want to have something appear in the 
January issue of the eJournal, it needs to be sent to us in the next 
week or so.  As soon as the paper Journal goes to the printer (which 
should be soon), Amber will start working on the January eJournal.

You have until January 1 (at the latest) to get info in to the 
February eJournal.  To put it another way, Amber starts working on the 
eJournal a month ahead of time.  It takes that much time for her to 
prepare it, get it to our proof readers, get corrections made, and be 
published.  If one thinks about it, it would be hard to submit a 
report on January 1, and also have the eJournal with that information 
in it appear the same day!

At this point, the word count and pictures are basically unlimited, as 
long as no one tries to stretch that.  If you send in 60 pictures, I 
will tell you they will not all get published, but if you have a 
special event, and have 6 pictures, they probably will. Of course 
these can be high resolution color pictures.  Don't forget that we can 
also use hyperlinks to link to your own chapter's web page (or some 
other web page).  If there is a very large amount of information from 
any single chapter, this is probably a better way to go.

At least these are the plans at the present time.  Of course it is 
always possible that we will fine tune these as we move forward and 
see what we can do.
