[QCWA Hotlist] QCWA Journal reports

Some of you are asking about Journal reports, especially with the 
changes that are taking place in QCWA.

The last paper Journal is very close to going to the printers, and 
will likely be mailed sometime in the middle of December, which 
probably means you will receive a New Year's present.  The new 
eJournal (in digital format) will come out very shortly after you 
receive the printed Journal, sometime in early January.

Reports for the Journal should be submitted as soon as you have them. 
  The actual deadline is the first of each month, for the month 
following, but it is best to send them in as soon as you have them ready.

Send to both editor at qcwa.org and to myself at ExecAdmin at qcwa.org. 
Amber, our editor, will take care of getting the info in the Journal, 
and I will try to pick up anything you might mention that needs 
changed in our data base, such as silent keys.

By the way, it is VERY important that we have e-mail addresses from 
all of your chapter members.  You can check and see if we do by going 
to your member web page. Look in the chapter section, which is the 
section with the orange border. If you could get the e-mail addresses 
and send them in to us, or have the members do it themselves, I would 
certainly appreciate it.  Otherwise we need to spend a lot of time 
trying to research each one.
