Dear Sirs;   There is a growing concern about all that has taken place 
by our chapter members. After looking at my membership list the majority 
seem to have no or have never listed an E-mail address with the chapter. 
I don't have a problem with supplying the membership of our chapter with 
printed copies, that is those that really want one. As president of the 
chapter I am the one to whom the membership looks for answers. I have 
been ask a question. Now that the printed journal is over, what is the 
cost per year to keep each member , not only informed by E-journal but 
all other cost. Many have said that without the journal what are we 
getting for our money (dues to national).  We here at Chapter 89 are 
almost on the verge of closing down our chapter. Meetings have fallen to 
less than a handful and particapation on our SSB and CW nets has dropped 
off. I understand the situation at headquarters from  the info sent so 
far, but I  need to go into our next meeting prepared. Telling the 
membership they are part of an elete organization won't cut it any more.
