[QCWA Hotlist] QCWA Positions

As we "decentralize" the General Manager position, I wanted to let you 
know what the various duties are for the various people that we will 
have filling these positions.

I have attached a Word document that lists the various positions as we 
have them in place at the present time, and also lists some that we 
have never had, but now have on a "wish list".  It also includes the 
name of the people that will be performing the various duties, and 
their e-mail addresses.

You will note that we have an e-mail address that identifies the 
position, and not the actual person.  This way, if the person were to 
change, the e-mail address for that function would remain the same, so 
that members would not even need to be aware of any change.

Please understand that operations in TX will be shutting down on 
November 15.  Actually, the truck should be loaded this coming 
Wednesday, on November 14, and on its way to FL soon thereafter.  Jim 
will use Thursday to finish up operations in TX.

We hope to have operations in FL begin by December 1.  The actual time 
will be dependent on when the truck arrives, and how long it takes to 
get everything unpacked and set up.  This will occur over 
Thanksgiving, which is historically a slow time, so we hope it will 
not disrupt operations too much.
