[QCWA Hotlist] Changes taking place in QCWA

If the new QCWA Journal (in whatever form) is a PDF format, the individual
Chapters can print it and provide it to their members. We'll figure it
out.
Actually it sounds like QCWA is in the process of dying. I'm not sure what
action can be taken to increase revenue. It is too bad the dues were not
revised in a timely manner to keep up with inflation many years ago.
Perhaps back when we had a magazine, we should have looked for advertising
income.
