Good Morning Everyone,

I'm be gone all day.

I have a diabetes class this morning.  For those that don't know, I was diagnosed in January.  Since then I've controlled my diet,  lost 50 pounds and my blood sugar level was 6.2% on my last A1C test.  That's a average over the past 3 months.  The top of the normal range is 6.4%.  Yes, in this one area, I'm normal! hihi  

This afternoon Linda and I are going to St Cloud to celebrate my 65th birthday with my mother.  Yes, I'm an "Official Old Fart!"

We had our first snow yesterday but it melted as it hit the ground, no shoveling yet.  A balmy 32 degrees her now.
