[QCWA Hotlist] Chapter Requested Member Awards.

Good Evening.

I just added to the Chapter Officer's area the ability to request, Golden Anniversary Awards, Century Club Awards and a Meritorious Service Award.

Golden Anniversary Awards are available every 5 years after the initial award at 50 years since first licensed.  Members that hit the 5 year marks will be highlighted and selected.  The member's year first licensed is also shown.

The Century Club is a available when the age and number of years as a QCWA member are 100 or greater.  The calculated total is shown and a box can be checked to order this award.

Check your records and please don't order duplicate/replacement awards for members that don't need them.

A Meritorious Service Award can also be requested for your chapter to present.  You are allowed one of these per year.

Make sure the member's names are as they want them on the awards.

There is a box to check to receive a quote if you wish HQ to print and mail the awards.  The digital PDF files received print out nicely on most printers on regular photo paper.

When a member qualifies for a Golden Anniversary Award, they may also qualify for a 50 Year Continuously Licensed Award.  The member must supply a list of call signs and the years they held them.  The form is on the Members Only web page, let your Chapter members know if they should check it out.

If the first year licensed, or date of birth or any other information for your members is missing, please forward it to HQ so we can get our records complete and up to date.

Many Chapters order the awards for their members and present them at the Annual Meeting.
