[QCWA Hotlist] A New Award Achieves Fruition

Good Morning,

In June of 2008, The BoD approve issuing a '50 Year Longevity Award' for our chapters with subsequent 5 year incremental awards.
The criteria for this award is that the Chapter was chartered 50 years ago and is currently active. The certificate will be prepared by HQ when the annual report is received for the year in which the Chapter will celebrate its 50th anniversary. Provisions for additional five year incremental awards will be made. This award will be retroactive to include those Chapters that are currently qualified.
This award was established June 2008.

Chapter 6 - Pittsburgh - Pittsburgh, PA

Chapter 8 - Upper Midwest - Twin Cities, MN
Chapter 9 - SouthWest Ohio - Cincinnati and Dayton, OH
Chapter 10 - Michigan - St Ignace, MI
Chapter 11 - Northern California - San Carlos, CA
Chapter 12 - Andy Clark - Miami, FL
Chapter 14 - San Diego - San Diego, CA
Chapter 15 - Tulsa - Tulsa, OK
Chapter 16 - Barry Goldwater - Tucson, AZ
Chapter 17 - Allentown-Bethlehem-Easton, PA

Chapter 1 has received a 50, 55 and 60 year award.

After numerous attempts to get this program started, thanks to Linda, NE5II, this program is up and running.. 
HQ will issue this award when the Annual Chapter Report is received for the qualifying year.
